[38] What Will You Change in 2016?

As we dive straight into the new year, it is important to spend a little time to reflect on 2015 before going full steam ahead.

We need to look at what worked and what didn’t so that we can set ourselves on the right path for the new year – and not repeat the same mistakes.

Whether you had a hard year – or it was a huge success – you can learn so much from it on both a personal and a business level by taking just a little time to look back an analyse what worked – and what didn’t.

In this episode I ask you some questions that will help with this reflection. If you can, I recommend you have a notebook nearby so you can write down your own answers to the questions I ask in this episode.
